Share in the joy of discovering horses and ponies with your child! Join us at the Educational Farm at Joppa Hill for a four week program  focused on developmentally appropriate activities for very young children (toddlers to age 5)

Our hands on programs for little people emphasize safety and FUN! Classes include petting, brushing, leading, feeding, games, crafts and riding, even some basic health care.  Our gentle ponies are our "mane" attractions, kid-proven and mother approved!!

Parents will enjoy helping their children discover the ponies' big brown eyes, long manes, the chestnuts on their legs, their hard hooves, the frogs in their feet (!)  and their soft pony noses. We'll become ponies and gallop aroud the barn, learning different gaits and sounds ponies make!

Photo opportunities abound while children enjoy feeding the farm animals, going for a stables tour, checking for eggs, and sharing in the excitement of a pony ride. Little veterinarians even get to listen to the pony through a stethoscope!

Our Pony Programs run throughout the year, even in the winter! Classes are conducted in our round pen, barn, and heated discovery room.
